HR Co-ordinator - Remote

This not-for-profit organisation established in 2010 with over 70 employees working all around the world is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory HR service. A big part of the role will be recruitment, contractual and general HR queries while supporting the HR Manager with specific HR project works and employee relations matters, as needed.

HR Co-ordinator - What will I be doing ?

  • You will manage the recruitment process including candidate search and selection process
  • You will manage onboarding of new team members
  • You will manage consultant contract offers and renewals
  • Liaise with UK and international payroll providers to communicate monthly updates and changes
  • Co-ordinate employee review process and employment benefit scheme
  • Provide line managers with HR support and best practise advise
  • Provide administrative support across the HR/RGG teams as required

HR Coordinator - What experience will I need?

  • Proven experience of working in an HR office environment
  • Knowledge of UK employment and contractual law and statutory guidance
  • Knowledge of international/European contractual laws would be an advantage
  • Substantial administrative experience with strong organisational and record management skills
  • Knowledge of successful recruitment processes and experience of using recruiter tools to find the best people
  • Ability to manage varied workload including prioritisation and change of focus when required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to work with individuals at all levels both within and outside of, the organisation
  • Experience of using an HR information system
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation

HR Coordinator - What else do I need to know?

The office is based in South / Greater London but this is a remote role. It will start as a temporary role but will be a permanent position in time.
