Ardingly College are seeking to appoint a full time HR Manager to lead and develop a forward thinking, comprehensive and effective HR service to staff to managers.
The successful candidate will hold a CIPD Level 7 professional qualification and have experience in leading a small team. They will be keen to develop collaborative and proactive HR service that will add value in this period of extensive organisational growth.
The post holder will manage the HR Officer and HR Assistant, overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring data is accurate and compliant, leading the recruitment process, performance development processes and providing specialist HR advice and support as required.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday, for 52 weeks per year. The Salary is £41,725 per annum.
