Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Implementation Consultant to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) post-sales Professional Services team. This position is predominantly field-based though there will be a requirement to work in either of our Manchester, Wigan, Leeds or Stockton-on-Tees offices twice a week.



Our Professional Services Team provides training and consultancy to users of the IRIS payroll and IRIS HR systems. This role is important as you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality product training and consultancy services to new customers once they have purchased our products.



What will you be doing?



In this position your day-to-day tasks will typically involve the following:



Becoming fully conversant with IRIS Payroll and IRIS HR software
Maintaining a high standard of Payroll and HR knowledge
Delivering prepared and bespoke sessions to customers at their premises
Delivering remote training/consultancy sessions on a one-to-one basis
Preparing training documentation and related administrative tasks
Providing internal training as and when required
Assisting the Support Team as and when required
Promoting the IRIS brand in a friendly, professional manner.



What skills and experience do you need to have?



This is a great opportunity for an internal candidate currently working in one of our Support roles or an external candidate employed in a Software Trainer position.



It's essential you have the following:



Proven track record in software application training
Experience and sound knowledge of Payroll and HR Legislation
An understanding of Automatic Enrolment legislation
Strong Technical Skills



While not essential, having a Payroll qualification or knowledge of our Payroll software is advantageous.
