Can you lay the foundations for a successful project start up?
We have an excellent opportunity for an Implementation Lead with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery of new fulfilment operations start-ups.
Projects must be expertly managed and controlled to ensure they are delivered effectively, you will be responsible for managing the overall implementation plan, working closely with project management team to reflect all key business activities into one project plan and provide project management expertise.
This also includes responsibility for identifying and tracking plan risks, issues, opportunities and dependencies and will work closely with a variety of key business stakeholders such as the project management team, the customer, the operations director, the IT community for WMS and infrastructure and the site management team to maintain realistic plan timescales.
Experience Previous Project management and Implementation experience essential New fulfilment operations start up experience Solid understanding and experience of E2E Project/Programme management methodologies. Delivery focused with an ability to balance conflicting needs and priorities of a diverse range of stakeholders within fast paced, pressured environments. Professional report writing and presentation skills Prince2 or APMP qualified - Desirable Working in multi-channel operations Retail, Digital, Wholesale Strong knowledge of a Warehouse Management System, preferably JDA Dispatcher Stock Inventory management experience Experience in managing hourly performance dashboards and reviewing performance metrics Strong communication skills A good understanding of warehouse process flows Experience of automation is an advantage
