Position: Incident Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £Competitive

We're looking for an Incident Manager to join our team, to own operate and enhance the IT Incident Management process and act as the main escalation point for resolution of all major incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages, directs and coordinates the segments of the day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement general operating policies, processes and procedures for the organisation and lead on projects
- Utilise best practice to improve service levels
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive development and completion of projects, aligning with business strategy, policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide support and leadership where appropriate on specific projects, method changes or systems developments

Skills & Experience:

- Ability to motivate colleagues to achieve the right outcomes for customers and the organisation
- A proven track record in Incident Management with a passion for service excellence
- A confident communicator, especially when speaking to Clients
- Strong ownership and resolution characteristics backed by persistence to ensure projects are delivered upon
- Good conceptual understanding of distributed infrastructure application platforms (Windows/Linux, Infrastructure Applications: IIS/SQL, Networking, Storage, Virtualisation)
