An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join the recruitment team here at Four Seasons Health Care. You will be responsible for the direct sourcing, recruitment and selection of various non clinical roles within the business. This is a proactive role which requires the use of innovative attraction and sourcing techniques such as social media and networking sites, various attraction platforms, direct sourcing and attending professional events to actively engage with both passive and active job seekers.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader you will provide an effective resourcing service which enables the attraction of high quality candidates leading to the appointment of talented people across the business.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and 'people' skills with experience and solid understanding of the recruitment process. A confident and positive attitude with experience of working in a recruitment environment (RPO/In House/Agency).
You will also be comfortable and have experience of working to and achieving personal targets and working against KPIs.
This role involves a proactive approach to recruitment and will require searching for talent, networking and building relationships.
Strong written communication and attention to detail is required. You must have the ability to confidently use various IT systems – including Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, Outlook and Excel.
