Simpson Judge are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line Support) for an industry-leading client.

You will interact with 3rd Line support, receive training and development in Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Office 365, Hubs, Hardware.

You will have the following skills and expertise;

Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line Support)

* Previous experience within a 2nd Line role.
* Expertise within
o Hardware and Operating Systems
o Active Directory
o Windows 10
o MacOS
o Networking - (TCP IP, WAN, LAN etc)
o PC hardware set-up, configuration and maintenance
