Ardingly College is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Porter to join their busy Catering team.
The role involves providing assistance to the department by carrying out duties such as portering equipment, cleaning work areas and general assistance where required, including simple food preparation and other comparable tasks.
Pervious catering experience and a relevant food hygiene qualification would be an advantage but is not required as full training will be given.
Candidates should be self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a busy team environment and be able to communicate effectively with customers, clients, pupils and staff.
The hours of the role are 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, for 52 weeks per year.
