:- The successful candidate that we are seeking will serve as a Talent Development Leaderhip Specialist supporting the EMEA Talent Development team, and will be key in building capability and delivering talent management and leadership development interventions for the organization.- By way of effective business partnering, develop credibility for self & team and identify talent development opportunities to contribute to the success of the business through learning and development offerings.- Focus on developing leadership programs for the different levels of leadership, as well as supporting other Talent Development initiatives and processes to create customized programs aimed at improving their managerial skills, core business skills, based on the skill sets demanded of them by the company.- Work closely with the global team and other International counterparts to continuously exchange and develop best practices and implement those in the region.- Be an advocate of ByteDance/TikTok cultural values by creating learning interventions that help employees incorporate it in their daily work.- Help to manage the new-joiners learning experience from day 1, creating experiential onboarding programs and orientations.- Facilitating internal communications, and helping to create a communication plan for the various Talent Development Programs. - Help to curate content on edCast, as well as be able to administer learning aspects of our Learning management system such as creating and assigning sessions, completion reporting and evaluations. QualificationsRequirements- Bachelors degree, preferably in organization development, human resources, education, business, or a related field. Learning & development experience with Adult Learning Education certification preferred- 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective L&D programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact- Experience working in a global tech corporation with a matrixed organizational structure is highly valued- Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with project management preferred- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to positively engage and motivate all learners- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a business and user-friendly manner- Familiar with the use of e-learning management systems that host e-learning materials- Strong self-learning ability with good proactivity; solid logic thinking mindset; good communication and inter-personal skills; Team-oriented, strong desire for self-development; ability to multi-task, well organised and self-driven; enthusiastic about training- Language requirement: Fluency in English TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
