What you’ll do
As the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy for the EMEA market. The role includes understanding the EMEA market for home and business technology solutions and different market nuances. You will act as a strategic driver for brand awareness, lead generation, business development and partner development for the region. You will also collaborate with centralized support teams in the U.S. as well as manage local vendors as required. As the Director, you must be familiar with and able to effectively create both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to meet marketing and sales goals. Reporting direct to the VP of Global Marketing, you will foster integration among cross-functional team members in (brand, product, sales, & regional marketing) to elevate our digital/social/mobile/app marketing programs regionally through customer-centric, user-journey focused omni-channel marketing, amplified with effective and efficient media planning and execution.
How you’ll do it Coordination and distribution of web and digital content on our websites and 3rd party websites such as Amazon Coordination of content localization with in-house translation and graphic design teams Conception, planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing projects across all online marketing disciplines (website, 3rd party e-commerce platforms, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media) Creation and execution of email marketing programs Day-to-day support to the sales organization as business partner, as well as working directly with our retail and e-commerce customers.
What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in technology Familiarity with current demand generation best practices across digital marketing channels Experience working directly in marketing automation software and CRMs Proven ability to execute campaigns aimed at prospects and customers with strong ROI metrics Analytical and able to extract meaning from data Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to build consensus on key issues Experience managing vendors and service providers to meet company goals Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence marketing directions, strategies, and resource allocations across multiple programs and divisions Ability to manage budget and reporting
