Long Term Conditions and Cancers are looking for a highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic team orientated individual to join our Medical Secretarial team at Lewisham Hospital

You will be a key member of the Divisional Secretarial Team, working closely with the division’s Medical Secretary, Medical Secretary Manager, Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Medical Secretaries and Consultants to provide secretarial and administrative support to a number of consultant Neurologists.

Typing skills are essential as well as being organised to be able to provide secretarial and administrative support, manage consultants’ electronic diaries, have good typing skills, produce letters and documents to a high standard and have an excellent telephone manner. This is a highly demanding role and requires someone who likes a challenge.

Previous experience as a Medical typist is essential (if you do not have this experience, you will not be shortlisted).
