Mental Health Nurse
CPL are actively recruiting Mental Health Nurses for our client Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). RDaSH run a wide range of services including mental health, learning disability services and community services such as district nursing, health visiting and school nursing. The primary aim for RDaSH is to provide high quality care, driven innovation and delivering the best possible outcomes to all patients. There are three specific areas in the UK in which we provide services to Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire in which our client are offering an excellent relocation package. This position will start as a band 4 and will then progress to a band 5.
Interview dates available across august- September 2021. Start dates have been agreed for late 2021, early 2022. COS at the ready.
The ideal candidate will hold; NMC registration commenced IELT’S or OET results to the standard of the NMC CBT booked or passed (Ideally mental health CBT) Minimum 12 months nursing experience working in a mental health setting Mental Health nursing qualification (desirable) General Nurses with experience and an interest in mental health nursing also considered
Relocation support: OSCE training – a comprehensive OSCE training programme will be provided in preparation for your exam. Pastoral Support – this will include support with settling into your local area, settling into working across the Trust and support to find accommodation after the two months of funded accommodation. Comprehensive post OSCE clinical support programme.
Relocation package: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) Visa (3 years cost paid) Flights to the UK and Transport from the Airport Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Test (Reimbursed) Clinical Based Test (CBT) (Reimbursed) NMC Application Fee (Reimbursed) OSCE Examinations - The Trust will fund the first attempt at the OSCE examination including associated travel and accommodation costs. The Trust can pay the upfront costs of the second and third attempt in line with an agreed salary deduction arrangement. Accommodation – The Trust will fund the first 2 month’s accommodation on the arrival to the UK. Covid Testing – The Trust will fund the required Covid testing when you arrive in the UK. What testing will depend on government requirements. Quarantine Accommodation if required upon arrival Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Advance of Salary - The Trust will offer a one month advance of salary at the equivalent of the maximum of AFC Band 4 on commencement of employment. This will then be recovered from your salary over a fixed period.
This is a full time contract working 37.5 hours a week.
