Our client an exciting organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham who work within the Insurance Claims and Automotive Industry are seeking a dynamic and driven Claims Operations Director to join their expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or Director to grow and build on the success of an existing team. Although experience of working within an inbound environment is not essential you will need to have previous experience of managing operations within a Contact Centre. The overall responsibility will be managing the day to day operational needs.
To manage a core operational department leading by example, motivate and encourage good team working whilst scheduling workflow, setting all targets and ensuring that these are met; also responsible for assessing / introducing development opportunities within the department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within motor claims and or credit hire or experience within business vehicle leasing. This role will be fast paced so they candidate will need to be a driven professional used to working under pressure and to targets.
