Job Description:

This position is responsible for driving adoption, growth and new sales of our market leading NetOps/AIOps solutions into a defined set of existing large strategic customers. This will be accomplished by working alongside the incumbent Broadcom Account Team.

We are looking for experienced Account Directors with domain expertise who want to make a formative impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Working together with the technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring adoption, up selling, cross selling, and delivering new NetOps/AIOps customers in a defined named account territory. You are the NetOps/AIOps portfolio point-of-contact for key strategic accounts and are accountable for delivering above quota sales performance in your region. You will develop trusted relationships at the executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. You will have a deep understanding of our product suites and are able to help identify new opportunities.


Overall, this position is responsible for delivering positive, quantifiable results for Broadcom and its customers which will be measured across five primary areas

  • Customer Focus: Execute programs that increase the use of NetOps/AIOps technologies within existing Broadcom Enterprise customers.
  • Financial Targets: Achieve financial quotas and targets in both New and renewal business
  • Internal Business Processes: Demonstrate mastery Broadcom’s internal processes, systems and support structure
  • Leadership, Teamwork and Planning: Collaborate with, and effectively engage Account teams and the broader organisation
  • Professional Development: Demonstrate increasing proficiency and knowledge of the NetOps/AIOps industry, competitive landscape and technology to educate prospective and current customers on the business value of Broadcom’s offering.
  • Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the software sales with at least 5 years selling enterprise monitoring capabilities or networking solutions
  • Consistently achieving quota
  • Effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Desire to understand and evangelize AIOps and Observability space
  • Devotion to continual personal development and customer centricity
