Previous transferable Sales/Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential to apply.

The Role:

• Participating in professional training to develop the relevant business and sales skills to succeed
• Proactive candidate sourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, Database analysis
• Selling and negotiating on various levels to ensure the successful placement of your IT candidate
• Business development - building relationships with new clients, lead generation, fee negotiation
• Process management: sourcing CV's, arranging interviews, closing offers and post placement care

The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree of any subject and/or some transferable sales/target based work experience

• Ambitious, hard working, driven personality, motivated by earning potential / career growth
• Proven examples of being successful/competitive in your studies and/or employment to date
• Confident and professional phone manner, full fluency in English, Polish or a Nordic language

* Competitive starting salary of £18.5-20,000 D.O.E plus uncapped commission scheme on top
