My client based in East London is currently recruiting an Occupational Therapist to work in a Community based role in East London.

The role is to work in an Intensive Rehab Service, B&D "Home First" team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;

Experience in managing a community caseload - Recommendation of care packages - Recommendation of rehab needs - Recommendation of equipment for ADL's and mobility - Excellent communication, written and verbal - Flexible and adaptable - Working with frail/ elderly patients - Own Car for travel The position is available immediately.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have a role within a multidisciplinary team and you will expected to have experience conducting assessments and tailoring treatment plans to the patients' needs.

You must have the below requirements to work as an Occupational Therapist:


 BSc OT or DIP COT
 Full HCPC registration
 Experience of working as an Occupational Therapist
 High standards in written and oral communication
