Salary - £15,000.00 per annum 



Exclusive Care Services (ECS) are looking to take on an enthusiastic Office & Payroll Administrator to join our Wallington Branch. This role will be suited to a candidate with a background in health and social care but this is not essential. Administration and payroll experience is essential Key Tasks Manage and monitor service user invoice queries and complaints; overseen by the branch Manager and / or Deputy Support with care worker and office staff payroll Manage and monitor the call logging system Access Care Planning; addressing areas of non-compliance by staff members Manage and Monitor the alerts on Access Care Planning to ensure care staff are conducting visits at the allocated time Communicate with service users and their representatives if their scheduled care and support is running behind the allocated time The manual confirming of time sheets Working in partnership with the company’s central accounts team Any other such duties as may be from time to time required to ensure the safe running of the services and delivery of appropriate care to service users. 

Description  

 • Dealing with incoming calls 

 • General office administration

• Communicating with different teams & liaising with other stuff to update customer information

• Ordering office supplies

• Liaising with clients via the telephone & email 

• Handling all client & staff files

• Photocopying, filing & scanning

• General ad-hoc duties Profile

 

• MUST have experience within the care industry

• MUST have administration experience

• If the candidate was immediately available that would be advantageous
