This role is fundamental to our clients growth plans therefore we are looking for someone who will challenge the status quo and drive the business to deliver success at every level.
It will involve overseeing and supporting all areas of the Home Care operation including admin, recruitment, marketing, care planning and delivery. You will also have profit and loss accountability for all company branches.
This position is for someone who has great drive, ambition, leadership, and organisational skills with appropriate experience. We seek someone who will be ready to take on additional wider group responsibilities as we grow with a clear path to more senior management roles with outstanding benefits and rewards.
An average of 42.5 hours per week (9am-5.30pm) over 7 days. This may include weekends and evenings, so flexibility is required. Start/finish times may vary depending on the needs of the business.

Care Sector/Domiciliary Management with proven track record Essential
Proven track record of setting up/growing a domiciliary care business Essential
Ability to work outside the usual 9-5 hours
Clean Driving License
