An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and experienced Pharmacy team at HPFT. We are a small, closely knit team based in Radlett (near Watford) working in a newly designed award-winning building (with free parking).
The candidate will be expected to:
* Support the dispensary in the ordering, receipt and dispensing of medicines to all
wards and departments throughout the Trust and external units.
* Top up medicines stock on wards
* Support purchasing of medicines
* Process returned medication
* Maintain the emergency medicines cupboard
This post would appeal to an existing Pharmacy Assistant currently working in a hospital or
community pharmacy who is looking to work in a small friendly department that is flexible
and supportive. The pharmacy department encourages the development of its staff and the
postholder will be supported should they wish to undertake training to become a pharmacy
