PMO Manager

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and programs, and for selecting the appropriate delivery approach (e.&nbspg. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Leads project/sprint planning , resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Responsible for governance, vendor management and financial practices at the geographic/business unit/function level. Establishes, maintains and supports project governance structures and processes. Establishes and supports project management applications and serves as repository for project information and reports on aggregate project status at a high level. Responsible for tracking all metrics (e.&nbspg. , team velocity, stories and feature completion). • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience and works independently, receives minimal guidance
