An experienced individual contributor with digital experience who develops and executes product and client commercialization programs for Global Transaction Services.

The role focuses on creating targeted go-to-market programs that increase client engagement, product adoption and drive revenue through innovative product adoption strategies, effective digital communications assets, and robust client and employee engagement plans that support achievement of product and sales goals. The candidate will:

  • Design and deliver product launch and adoption campaigns that increase client engagement, product adoption and drive revenue, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for planning, internal marketing, external marketing and digital activation. The candidate will:

  • Ensure Go-to-Market readiness for product launches and commercialization programs, developing program and content, including presentation slides, fact sheets, video, animations, podcasts and other assets

  • Develop digital commercialization programs that automate client targeting, shorten sales cycles and reduce cost of client acquisition

  • Drive internal commercialization messaging and training that educates and informs Product, Sales, Relationship Management and Service teams; ensure sales readiness & training

  • Define KPIs for product launches and commercialization programs

  • Create, revise & develop an evergreen repository of program and product client facing sales toolkits and RFP materials, including product materials, sales pitch books, digi-collateral, thought leadership, award submissions, and other relevant sales enablement tools such as videos and podcasts

  • Develop strong relationships with product and sales partners to create and visualize messages and content

  • Maintain a competitive intelligence loop that gives GTS a clear informational advantage.

  • Key expectations:

  • Client advocate. Identify key client needs and understand how to address them through the creation of collateral, tools processes and campaigns

  • Dynamic leader and partner, partnering closely with clients, products industry teams, advisory marketing and regional market management in defining solution strategy

  • Strategic guide. You will link together analytics, competitive landscape intelligence, Advisory, sales, peer sales insights etc. to design a client centric proposition in how we message, sell, and deliver our assets.

  • Business owner. You will follow enhance established processes necessary to effectively govern the execution of complex and multidimensional projects and successful commercialization across geographies and client segments by levering CRM tools.

  • A change agent who can champion progress and lead change, see obstacles and legacy as opportunities for change

  • Think strategically and independently

  • Required Skills

  • Experienced strategic digital marketing / communication.

  • 7+ years of documented successful project and campaign management experience, including experience in managing end-to-end commercialization plans

  • Proven experience to write compelling copy/tell a powerful story across various audiences and mediums; including experience writing educational, technical and regulatory.

  • Design and host podcasts and facilitate video production’s.

  • Strong knowledge of visual design and collateral production methods.

  • Strong project management skills, analytical, insightful with attention to detail

  • Strong networking skills, including experience interacting with multiple departments involved in a “Go-to-Market” campaign (i.e. Marketing, Corporate Communications, Learning, TFSO, Product, Treasury Sales) on a regional and global basis.

  • Proven ability to influence others when promoting and selling ideas.

  • Commercially astute, marketing-minded and digitally savvy; familiarity with treasury products preferred.

  • Desktop publishing experience with exceptional MS office skills – PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field is preferred.

  • 5% travel required.
