The Assistance division at Collinson is fast-paced and growing rapidly with a start-up mindset. During the pandemic, the division used its expert medical credentials to build and deliver a global Covid–19 testing proposition in a matter of weeks, successfully deploying to some of the world’s largest airports, airlines and corporates. As the world begins to recover, our travel risk management service will continue to be trusted with the safety and wellbeing of millions of business travellers.

The Product Manager is a critical and new role accountable for product strategy, feature releases and overall go to market readiness for a number of Assistance products. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Working with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, define visions and build product roadmaps.
  • Product Feature Prioritisation: Prioritising the needs and objectives of the stakeholders, juggling scope, budget and time.
  • Product Requirements Documentation and Sign Off: Writing detailed briefs/stories for product features so they are clearly understood all stakeholders and customers.
  • Product Development Management: Contributing to the planning, execution and review of each development/design sprint. Product Delivery: Taking accountability and being ultimately responsible for the delivery of products
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Product Development experience in a similarenvironment 
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of agile methodology for project delivery.
  • Experience of working across multiple delivery organisations practising distributed development in a global environment
  • Sound technical understating of product delivery
  • Experience of working multi-disciplined development teams, including external vendors and agencies providing services for projects.
  • The ability to demonstrate through examples, the effective management of stakeholder relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Excellent written & spoken English & interpersonal communication
  • Experience of projects in Travel, Insurance, Loyalty and Benefits sectors highly desirable
  • Ability to bridge communications between technical and business focussed groups
  • Commercially focused and Innovative
