Job Description

Our client is the UK's largest independent Estate Agents with a network of over 100 branches nationwide. They now have an opening for a Property Manager in their Ealing branch.

You will be reporting to the Area Director and they will expect you to deliver all Property Management duties to a high-standard and in an effective time frame, analysing and solving issues to ensure the landlord and tenants have the best experience possible.

Role & Responsibilities

- Liaise with Tenants and Landlords

- Organise inventories and check-ins

- Handle deposit resolutions

- Carry out property visits

- Report on KPIs

- Rent collection

- Handle all tenancy admin and tenancy extensions

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience in Property Management

- Understanding of current UK legislation

- Full and clean UK driving licence
