Renewable Energy Asset Manager

Engenera Renewables Limited London, Greater London Full Time


To deliver growth at Engenera through ownership and execution of the Asset Management process for all renewable projects, gaged against quarterly and annual business results.

You will ensure best practice for safety, quality and environmental performance, whilst enhancing the overall returns and value of each portfolio, complying with all of the applicable contractual agreements.

You will have the ambition to progress your career and want to join a growing business where you will play an integral part in the success of the business.


1. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contractor management

2. Process management of all Solar PV PPA contracts post Heads of Terms

3. Incident triage, escalation and monitoring

4. Account Management

5. Management of contract counterparties including Feed in Tariff licenses, Power PurchaseAgreement (PPA) off-takers, landlords and grid operators

6. Regular reporting to investor clients

7. Revenue and financial management of portfolios

8. Identification of improvements to maximise portfolio performance

The Package

• Office based in Newburn, Newcastle

Experience Required

  • Solar or renewable energy asset management experience
  • Degree level education in any discipline but finance or business management would be ideal
  • Analytical approach, commercially astute and financially literate
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Passion about excellent client service
  • Diplomatic and engaging communication style with an ability to build positive relationships but challenge thinking when required
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding MS Office skills, in particular Excel
  • Right to work in the UK
