If so, then we want to hear from you. My client is a market leading waste management and recycling specialist and they have a vitally important role to join their internal credit control and customer service team as a Retentions Advisor.
The objective of the role will be to handle any escalated client issues, manage key client relationships, resolve customer complaints and ultimately retain key commercial accounts. You will be a customer service focused candidate who takes ownership of issues and is able to see them through to their resolution.

The basic salary for this role will be up to £22,000
Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 5
