GFS have a new opportunity for an experienced candidate to join us as a Sales Administrator supporting multiple areas of the business in a vital role.

The position holder should be a confident, self-driven, reliable, and hardworking individual with a clear focus on providing high quality support to internal customers. They should have excellent communication skills (written and oral). The person should have a professional appearance and be business-like at all times. Due to the type of position they need to be flexible and able to work extended hours, as required.

Main areas of responsibility:
  • To process Pricing Requests from Sales and Account Managers received through the Customer Implementation portal.
  • Accepting the pricing requests and checking that all the relevant information has been captured to proceed.
  • Rejecting the pricing requests if incomplete and capturing the reasons why.
  • To upload the Margin Analysis and Pricing to the Customer Implementation portal.
  • To prepare Service Agreements for Sales and Account Managers when the Pricing Responses have been accepted through the Customer Implementation portal.
  • To prepare Addendums / Letters of Variation for Account Managers when re-quested through the Customer Implementation portal.
  • To provide support to Sales and Account Management with Reporting.
  • To support other business needs when necessary.
Education and Experience:
  • Microsoft Word - intermediate
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate
  • Microsoft Excel - intermediate
  • Sharepoint - intermediate
  • Good level of English & Maths
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively to avoid and resolve issues.
