We are seeking a Sales Executive to join Marshall’s Audi dealership in Sydenham and assist in providing a high quality service for our customers. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Business Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to put your sales expertise to use in a busy customer-facing environment with an uncapped commission, along with a company car and on-site training opportunities.
Responsibilities Speaking to customers, both face-to-face and over the phone Keeping in regular contact with customers, both before and after the sale Selling accessories for the cars Helping with finance proposals Working with the Aftersales team to ensure quick services to new and used vehicles Doing test drives Picking cars up from other dealerships in line with the customer’s needs Organising full valets Some weekend work will be expected
Required Skills and Experience
Previous car or sales experience isn’t essential; however, you will need to have: Excellent relationship building skills A positive, can-do attitude Outstanding organisation and time management skills Computer skills Excellent phone manner A friendly and approachable manner The ability to learn fast and on the job A valid UK driving licence
