A Sales Leader for Hampton by Hilton you will be required to actively seek new business opportunities & manage existing clients whilst balancing the day to day management of the reservations department & the commercial performance of the hotel.
What will I be doing?
As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for generating top line revenue with a strong focus on creating a positive, driven, enthusiastic & strategic sales environment.
Review daily reports and manage all commercial administrative tasks to support the needs of the business.
Manage all online booking channels ensuring strong visibility of HBH Edinburgh.
Research new business opportunities whilst retaining & growing the existing customer base.
Follow up on leads from any source
Propose and agree new and existing business contracts
Analyse and share relevant information to deliver a strong performance
Keep up to date with new openings, hotel renovations and monthly promotions and update relevant stakeholders
Manage a given portfolio of clients on a proactive basis / Maintain grow and develop client relationships
Increase the revenue and market share of the hotel through reservations and account management.
Conduct and create product awareness initiatives with customers
Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales
Prioritise actions and manage tasks through to completion.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in Hilton Bookings System
Create accurate written quotations and confirmations for clients in line with department standards.
Maintain accurate tracking for all sales influenced segments to drive the hotels overall budget performance
Conduct Telesales Initiatives
Keep all systems and business processes updated as appropriate
Content reviews, communication with e-commerce consulting team overlooking PPC budget and overall marketing activities/opportunities
Next day arrival check (checking billing instructions, direct billing, deposits, special requests, hidden rates)
Overall responsibility of S&M budget after approval of GM
