The Sales Support Administrator will be an integral part of the Sales team providing essential administrative support and ensuring the processing of proposals is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will be someone who can work under their own initiative with accuracy and a great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The ability to create and maintain good sales, customer, and supplier relationships to increase and enhance our level of service.
Responsible for processing new sales proposals, ensuring they are captured on the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner. Perform relevant checks to support proposal application, to include checks on anti- money laundering (AML) Experian searching, exposure check, connected lending checks, HPI. Ensuring all supporting documentation/evidence required for underwriting is scanned and attached to proposals. Tracking any outstanding information via the sales team or other sources to ensure the proposal is complete and ready for submission to underwriters Ensuring proposals are submitted for underwriting within agreed SLAs. Updating and maintaining company records (creation and amendment), including contact information on CRM, verifying data and correcting data where necessary Work closely with the underwriters and sales team to ensure that all business is accurately processed in line with company policies and procedures, and within agreed deadlines. Request, obtain and check supplier invoices. Create finance documents with the ability to calculate and check rental profiles, rates ensuring these meet regulatory requirements. Diarise to chase the return of documents issued by post or email from customers Check pay out documentation against check list. Responsible for checking finance agreements for accuracy, and ensuring they are compliant with regulatory requirements and company expectations. Responsible for obtaining any missing documentation and requesting and obtaining any amended documents. Responsible for obtaining underwriting conditions not obtained by the ASM i.e. Proof of title, Address verification etc. ensuring that sight and satisfaction conditions are signed off by underwriting. Responsible for building relationships with all Sales staff and Senior Management, ensuring an alliance is achieved. Assist Sales Team by speaking to suppliers and customers in order to progress with a new business transaction. Assist with customer calls, which may include a phone divert when Sales are unavailable or on annual leave. Process customer settlement figure requests from Sales Responsible for general sales request or queries.
