An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Senior Business Analyst working within the Governance workstream within the Payments Control & Enhancement Program (PCEP).

The Payments Control and Enhancements Program (PCEP) was established to reduce payments risk and provide a more holistic approach and framework to payments management and processing within the bank. As a multi-year Top Program with executive sponsorship, PCEP’s four key objectives are to:

  • Reduce the risk of erroneous payments leaving the bank
  • Ensure payment capabilities are resilient and secure
  • Enhance payments control framework
  • Assess end of service life issues in payment applications.

    Your skills and experience

    We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in:

  • Ensure compliance with bank-wide change management policies, including Program Management Standards and CS SDF.
  • Facilitate effective decision making by preparing timely, accurate materials for governing bodies and senior management forums.
  • Assess and critically evaluate project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials.
  • Outstanding communication skills combined with proven ability to communicate optimally at all levels is essential.
  • Maintain project-level artifacts and sign-off evidence to demonstrate progress against key objectives.
  • Manage and drive change with resilience and adaptability, navigating a way forward through uncertainty and ambiguity with a positive mentality.
