Inspire Personnel have an amazing opportunity for a Senior clinical lead nurse position for a Community-Based home and social care services in the UK, our client helps thousands with a wide variety of care needs to live independently at home.
As the Clinical Nurse Lead you will have responsibility for managing the clinical performance for your region taking direction from the Head of Nursing. You will manage the clinical workforce to deliver a high standard of care for our clients and provide up to date clinical advice to ensure clinical excellence and best practice within the business.
What your typical day involves
 You’ll oversee and assist in all aspects of nursing activity across the region
 You will work closely with the Business Development team and operations team to ensure correct nursing staffing levels are maintained to support current business need and business growth
 You will work to ensure clinical priorities are met across the region
 You will ensure standards of care are met in line with our Regulators across England and Wales
 You will manage the clinical workforce to deliver a high standard of care for our clients and provide up to date clinical advice to ensure clinical excellence and best practice within the business.
 Drawing on your clinical experience, you’ll provide day to day support and guidance to the team
 You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team ensuring induction, supervision and support is maintained
Who we’re looking for
 A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
 Experience in a similar senior clinical role
 You’ll possess up-to-date clinical knowledge across a variety of clinical presentations
 An effective communicator who’s able to build strong and honest relationships with staff and the wider team and possesses the ability to communicate with different levels of the Organisation
 Someone who’s ready to share their clinical experience
 Experience of remotely managing a team
 The ability to delegate effectively
 excellent time management who can effectively prioritise their own workload
 the ability to travel and stay away from home when required in order to meet business need
 A respectful and compassionate team player
