You will work alongside the Director of Operations to implement both strategic and tactical projects as well as lead on Talent Strategy, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
You will be an experienced HR professional, ideally with experience of operating strategically within a charity or healthcare setting and in tandem with other key teams, with a proven track record of high-performance delivery and credibility at senior level, and the ability to develop and implement initiatives on time and within budget.
You will be CIPD qualified, supplemented by experience, along with strong knowledge of Employment Law, Process Mapping and Process redesign.
