As a Senior Product Manager the focus of your role will be driving customer and business value through management of a global software product through ideation, implementation and iteration based on key commercial success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for driving the products strategy (bottom up) and championing what we are building and why
  • Delivering value through defining, prioritising, driving and executing a product roadmap that realises Deltatre's vision and objectives and ensures the success of the product.
  • Lead development across a cross functional team covering multiple workstreams & complex features on your product
  • Managing Product Owners who support you in bringing new innovations to market
  • Bridging technical and business worlds as you lead strong and productive relationships with global internal and external stakeholders to deliver on market needs and priorities, and evangelise the product vision.
  • Evangelising our product vision and roadmap with senior client stakeholders and acting on feature and vision feedback where appropriate.
  • Define measures of success and own metrics for your product that resonate in high value outcomes
  • Working with product design and marketing teams to undertake competitive research to uncover customer needs and new product value propositions in line with the team’s vision.
  • Partnering closely with product engineering to deliver quality software with amazing user experiences that solve real customer problems.
  • Producing product artefacts, clear requirements within Product briefs / opportunity assessments, PRFAQs and reports on roadmap progress
  • Drive use of best practices in a fast-paced agile working environment including processes to drive cadence

  • We are looking for someone with a passion for building great products, strong UX and technical experience, and the ability to communicate, collaborate and inspire those around them.

    To be successful you'll ideally have some experience in:

  • A previous Product Manager/ Owner role within large scale product business or similar, with the ability to demonstrate collaborating with a diverse stakeholder group to realise commercial and strategic outcomes
  • Working in the OTT / online video industry and being a subject matter expert in delivering OTT user experience products.
  • Addressing customer needs through the innovative use of technology. Alongside influencing outcomes in a variety of contexts.
  • Working with a development team to ensure the solutions being developed are delivered on time alongside realising the vision, roadmap and the customer value it was intended to.
  • Showing your passion about the importance of measuring impacts from everything delivered, ensuring analytics are planned and in place to provide insights whilst working with product analysts as required.
  • Working closely with other teams from the wider business, such as support, marketing, training and sales, who help bring your solutions to market - and be used by customers globally.
