I am delighted to work with an award winning and cutting-edge Medical Technology company that is currently working to launch product ranges which will have a huge positive impact around the world.
About the role
This position will hold ultimate responsibility for the roll out of a new product range. You will be responsible for the marketing and product management tactical strategy.
The role is ideal for someone who has many years’ experience working in a product management/ marketing role in medical technology and a track record of success in product launch. The perfect candidate would have experience with neonatal medical devices.
Key responsibilities
* Accountability for overall marketing plan
* Overseeing commercial launch of new product ranges
* Ongoing development/ optimisation of marketing
* Negotiation of customer contracts
* Leadership of product team and indirect management of other colleagues on project
* Management of key external relationships
Key competencies and experience
* Previous experience with neonatal medical device or incubation products is preferred
* Proven experience in a similar product management/ marketing role
* Track record of product launch
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Demonstratable creativity and new idea generation
* Strong communicator
