Here at Fresh, we are now looking for a Service Assistant to join us at our Student Accommodation, Spring Mews in London.
Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants.
Based at the front desk, you will deal with student enquiries in person, phone and email and be responsible for all mail and parcel deliveries for the building. This entails receiving, logging and handing parcels to our residents throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will be a fun, social and friendly person who can engage and build rapport with international students as well as assisting in planning and running creative social events including Halloween, Chinese New Year, Pride etc
You will be comfortable with speaking to students on a daily basis, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants as well as resolving any issues that may arise from residents in the building.
We’re looking for a creative individual who enjoys working in a customer focused environment. With good administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail, you will enjoy running social events, be competent using social media and have experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
