We are recruiting a Sous Chef.
The salary for our Sous Chef is £25,000 to £28,000
The shifts are flexible and are 7am - 3.00pm and 12.00 - 8.00pm, you must be able to work alternate weekends
The Sous Chef manages food production within the care home, ensuring that high standards and high customer satisfaction is delivered.
The Sous Chef is to ensure that all kitchen services are efficient and that the required Health & Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the department. The SousChef must ensure that all food presentation meets high standards at all times and also meets the customer needs.

The Sous chef will ensure mealtimes are a highlight of our residents' days by ordering, preparing and serving appetising freshly produced food, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Key to your success in this role will be your experience of budgets within the food industry, along with the ability to build a strong team spirit in the kitchen. It would be desirable but not essential if our Sous Chef has had experience in a care environment along with good IT skills. This is a full time role.
