  • Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (24 hours, 36 hours and/or 48 hours options available)
  • Flexible Shifts: Days shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both 8/8 start and finish times
  • Contract type: Permanent

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated nurses either newly qualified or experienced RN, adult nurse, mental health nurse, learning disability nurse to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Launceston, Cornwall. The home specialises in a wide range of residential care requirements, including nursing and mental health support, as well as dementia care. The service is person-centred and the provider is committed to maintaining a friendly environment, which includes regular activities and entertainments for all to enjoy.

Staff: All staff provide a safe, secure environment that allows our residents as much independence as possible. By combining a professional approach with a firm focus on the individuality of every person who lives there, staff really get to know residents and develop a relationship with them that is based on understanding and empathy. The staff are all passionate about the work that they do.

Home Manger:The home manager has been with the company for 24 years and feels privileged to have cared for and worked with so many wonderful people.

Herself and the team take a real pride in ensuring they deliver the highest standard of care to those who live with them. Ensuring they deliver a person-centred approach to meeting their needs.
