The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Cornwall has excitingly been commissioned by NHS England to design and build a brand new purpose built Tier 4 Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Unit on the Bodmin Hospital site due to be opened in April 2019. It will be a 12 bed unit for 12 -18 year olds.
