This innovative and forward thinking company are looking for a Senior Respiratory Nurse (Band 6). This is an exciting opportunity to lead assessment, planning and provision of specialist nursing advice and the carrying out of specialist nursing.

This service is founded on improving the quality of life for people with complex respiratory ventilation requirements, through achieving the highest standard of specialist patient care.
The Respiratory Centre is a 20-bedded award-winning centre for complex respiratory patients. The company form part of a leading national provider of complex care, with a uniquely cohesive capability to deliver care services across case management, residential and supported living settings, and complex care in the home.

You will have

-A current NMC registration and adhere to the NMC Codes of Conduct at all times
-A legal right to work in the UK
- Adult nurse level 1 on NMC register
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- 6 month level 2/3 critical care course or a high dependency course
- Respiratory experience
- Supervision of junior staff
-A person-centred ethos, showing empathy and a desire to make a difference
-The ability to motivate, and work as part of an effective team
