Working pattern: 16 hours per week flexible rota: 3 shifts over 3 days. 2 shifts: 10.30 am to 4.00 pm, 1 shift: 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
Pay: £11.00 per hour

Our Client provide highly professional, bespoke case management to adults and children with a range of life-changing conditions/injuries.
They pride themselves on delivering a specialist service that recognises the uniqueness of every client; all with very different aspirations and challenges.
They are looking for a warm, patient and reliable individual to support a lady in her 50's, living in her own home who wishes to access all facilities and activities in her local community and requires some support to manage her home environment.
The client is a sociable, friendly lady who has some residual cognitive, emotional and physical difficulties following an acquired brain injury some years ago.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent and proactive approach.
Whilst experience in this area of work is preferred, it is not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
N.B. The ability to drive, with use of a car, is essential
