Take Bianca To Church posted by Networx

Job Description

Make a difference today!

Join Bianca on a Sunday to visit her very much loved church in Paston.

Our lovely member Bianca is a big fan of nature, computer games and is an avid Christian, she lives in a supported living environment, where the majority of her neighbours are considerably older than her. Bianca's sight and hearing loss make it very difficult for her to go out and about alone and she has become very lonely and isolated, she would love to find a volunteer befriender to visit her once a week and take her bowling/for coffee and/or she would especially like to find someone to help her to go to church on Sundays, an activity she really misses and would love to gain the confidence to go back again.

Bianca has difficulty with her mobility and uses a walker or wheelchair to get about. She may need guiding in crowded environments, however we will provide full training.
