What's the opportunity?
Within the role of Team Manager Administration you be will be supporting the Site Operations Manager - Customer Service and Administration by providing data and information relating to operational performance and compliance. With a clear focus on Customer Service, Warehouse Systems and Administrative functions you will lead a team of Operations Administration colleagues to deliver exceptional levels of service to both external and internal Customers.
As the first point of contact for the Customer, with your team, you will investigate and resolve issues, providing feedback in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner. You will have responsibility and accountability for the department budget, achievement of site KPIs, audits, site compliance and delivery of the people agenda.
Working in line with our core values, you will lead and develop your team ensuring that safety and people are at the heart of everything you do. You will set clear objectives and monitor performance against these, providing support and coaching where required.
What will you need to succeed? Experience of driving and motivating a team Great relationship building skills The ability to persuade and influence A solid understanding of Microsoft office programs A leadership style which is collaborative and progressive An ability to interrogate data from various systems and present in a manner that is meaningful Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation and with external Customers and agencies
