Main purpose of this role is to provide technical and legislative guidance across a growing administration function, be point of contact for all queries and take on complex cases.

Improve process/procedures and support Managers ensuring the service delivery in terms of quality for a portfolio of DB/DC clients.

Produce client reporting, monitor procedural changes, assist in internal audits and ensure projects, annual and ad-hoc are carried out within guidelines.

For this role you will need an in-depth knowledge of pensions administration preferably within a third party environment , strong technical skills and a thorough knowledge of pensions legislation including pensions taxation (both pre and post A-Day),
