We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Business Manager to join our field sales team who is as passionate about Pets as we are.
What we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you must be eager to build your career in sales and have some form of sales experience whether that be in retail or field base. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, financial acumen, and the ability to support us with our digital initiatives. You will also be results and target driven, have current industry insights (desirable) and own a full UK clean driving license.
What would be your key responsibilities?
As a TBM at Mars, you will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new opportunities in the independent pet retail sector, building relationships with customers, managing key accounts, promoting world famous brands like James Well Beloved, Pedigree, Whiskas, Sheba, Dreamies. The areas that you will cover include Central East, Birmingham/Nottingham/Peak District/Sheffield/Hull
Your four main responsibilities will be: Key Accounts - Manage key accounts within your territory Product - Proactively promote product and brand visibility through correct and strategic product placement within stores and online. Growth - Identify new opportunities to develop territory sales in line with company strategy and key account strategy Sales - Develop the territory through focusing on Perfect Store - driving distribution, availability, visibility and instore and online execution.
