We Offer

The Macro and EM Trade Management Group in London is looking for a Trade Management analyst that will work closely with trading and trade management colleagues to facilitate the smooth running of the IRP and FX compressions initiatives globally. This role is a high-profile position working on the London trading floor looking to optimize/develop compression opportunities. The role consists of portfolio analysis, compression execution, control and exception management
* Eligible compression population gathering, analysis and submission to compression service providers
* Risk and P+L tie out of suggested compression portfolios in conjunction with Front office
* Subsequent booking of all compression related trades including unwinds and replacement trades
* Post trade reconciliation of compression activities to positively confirm expected result
* Ownership, investigation and resolution of exceptions/fails/breaks raised by all Front-to-Back departments that support the business e.g. Clients, Front Office, Brokers, Vendors, External Validation, Settlements, Collateral Management, Portfolio Reconciliation, Product Control
* Assisting in the implementation of strategic systems and vendor applications. This will involve User Acceptance Testing, on-boarding/go-live support, and implement controls to minimise Operational risk

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

You Offer
* Understanding of OTC derivatives markets and products
* Prior experience in trade support and an in-depth understanding of trade management processes
* Prior experience managing compression cycles including external vendor offerings i.e. CME TriReduce, Quantile
* Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills as well as strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a highly pressure environment
* Solid team player with good interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, work to intraday deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume
