Who are we?

We are LiveTeacher, we are a non for profit organisation created for the sole purpose of educating the world and ensure that everyone from school students to PHD students don’t miss out on crucial learning and education opportunities. We have seen how the pandemic has impacted the ability of everyone across the world to learn and receive the education they deserve and ultimately need. We at LiveTeacher are here to build the bridge of missing knowledge, to fill the gaps of lost lessons and to educate the world in whatever area they need.

What will you be doing?

You will be joining us here at LiveTeacher at a crucial time and be greatly important for the work we do. We have an aim to reach as many students across the world as possible and as such need teachers and educators in everything from Yoga to Masters Degrees.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

- You will be responsible for engaging with a wide variety of students in your chosen subject area

- You will be responsible for running a mixture ion classes and 1-2-1 tuition depending on your preference

- You will be expected to answer any student questions in your subject area

- You will be expected to take part in our Q&A portal so students can put ideas and queries forward

- You will be responsible for creating informative and engaging videos that can be published across social media

- You will be a crucial part in bridging the education gap the world is seeing

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with a background and experience in teaching, whether that be a hobby or a more formal subject specific form. We’re looking for people who want to make a real difference to those who have missed out on valuable knowledge due to the pandemic. We’re looking for people with a real passion for educating and teaching their chosen subject area.

As well as this the following are essential to success in this position:

- Experience teaching/coaching in your subject area

- Relevant teaching qualification

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to create informative content for students

- Knowledgable in your subject area

- Able to teach in a variety of mediums in an engaging way

While we would love to pay everyone a great wage this is a voluntary position at the moment so we can offer all of our support and assistance in helping you make a difference. We also have opportunities going forward for people to begin to earn money from 1-2-1 tuition specifically.
